In 1998 we bought our first property on Longboat Key with Cathy Meldahl's assistance. Now in 2026 we have bought our new home in Sarasota again with Cathy's help. She is extraordinary! Patient, always professional, knowledgeable and extremely able. Her guidance made what appeared to be an insurmountable task successful. Always positive and capable she made a seemingly impossible situation viable. Indeed, Jyl and I are lucky to have been able to have access to this realtor and we consider her a great friend as a result.

Cathy did a wonderful execution with the entire process of selling our home. She paid flawless attention to details, was easy to communicate with and handled all problems quickly. I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience I had buying a condo on Longboat Key. My two agents Susan Smith and Cathy Meldahl were phenomenal. They have a wonderful balance of skills that worked like a symphony to get to the goal of finding and completing the perfect condo for me. Even though there were a number of unusual road blocks with this condos negotiations Susan and Cathy both were accessible, calm, knowledgeable and supportive. Their style suited me but, even more impressive was how ethical and respectful they were throughout. Their willingness to go the extra mile to make the final closing happen was amazing. I won't hesitate to share my experiences and pass along their names to my friends.

We had a very positive experience. Cathy and Susan did a fine job from the beginning, listing the house and promoting it in a variety of ways. Little did we know that we probably picked the worst possible time to put the house on the market with the arrival of Covid-19 but despite that we soldiered on as a team. We did our bit in keeping the house in good shape and Cathy and Susan did everything they could to show it to interested parties. Then, what do you know, they found a very nice couple who fell in love with the house and we had a deal. I thank you and your organization for the fine job you all did. We are very grateful and wish you the very best for the future.
